Strongest Consumer Complaint
Dear Sir/Madame,
RE: Item, Order Number, Date Purchased, Description
I am at my wit's end and hope that you can help me, as my next step is to contact the consumer reporters at our local television networks.
I have tried unsuccessfully to get action from your Customer Service Department by both phone and mail/e-mail, and I haven't even had the courtesy of a call-back or a reply.
I am a long-time/new customer who purchased a item on date at where. It was broken/the wrong style/misrepresented in the ad, and I tried to return it. Not only did I meet with a very unfriendly return policy, but when I discovered that the sale price had not been applied to my credit card, I was told your Customer Service representatives are not authorized to reverse a credit card charge by phone.
This issue has gone unresolved for 6 weeks, and all I've gotten is a run-around. I want my money back. I don't want your item, I don't want a replacement, and unless this gets resolved immediately, I probably don't want to do business with your company again.
Can you remedy this situation for me or should I turn it over to my attorney? I am sadly disappointed that the integrity of your store/firm has deteriorated to this degree when I have always known your company to operate with the highest standards. Please let me know how to proceed.
