    RE: Item, Order Number, Date Purchased, Description

    Last week I bought a product. When I opened the package, I noticed it was broken.

    While I like this product a lot, I cannot accept it in this condition. I realize you have a no return policy, but I am hoping you will allow me to exchange this item for one that works.

    I have been a long time customer of your company and while I am disappointed that this product does not live up to your usual standards, I am optimistic that we can resolve.
