ABC Company and XYZ Company are pleased to announce as of January 1, 2011, they will merge under the new name of ABCXYZUnited.
ABC is leading producer of widgets, bolts, AV software and XYZ is foremost in the field of biomedical research, eco-architecture, documentary production. Together, they envision this partnership as a way to excel in the new field of YouNameIt.
Says Robert Smith, CEO of ABC (webURLhere) "We are delighted to be joining XYZ (webURL here) in pursuing YouNameIt. We will retain our corporate headquarters in ThisLocation until our lease expires at the end of the year, at which time, we will join XYZ at TheBrandNew Industrial Park. Because our human resources are complimentary, with little duplication, we do not anticipate any staffing reductions. On the contrary. We expect to bring $$$ in new job creation to this community.
